I already have one of these and it is already posted on this blog. However, I really like these first year as Augustus denarii for Domitian so I pick them up when I see them. This is a group 4 denarius. Over these coins are not as rare as group 2 or group 3 denarii for Domitian. However, there are still some rarities in this group.
The revers on this coin has the crescents. If you look at my example of RIC 64 on this blog you will see that the crescents have been related by corn ears. I really like these small differences between the coins within these groups.
